About Gili Island

GiliTrawangan is one of the busiest tourist island in Indonesia, its predominantly because of its geographically unique island off Lombok where is reachable by Bali in about 3 hours.

There is no motored vehicle on the island, instead tourists are travelling by walking or bicycling, or by riding Cidomo that’s like a chariot pulled by horse, adding value to the real island getaway.

The island atmosphere is in general nice, as its famous for its reggae partiesnd hip hop and nice beaches where people are very open and warm and friendly to the tourists.
